Individual Counseling Sessions allow clients to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, while working through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
Recovery Support Groups provide a safe and supportive space, the opportunity to begin building a strong peer support network and connection with others on a deeper level.
